This hanging wall tile measures 4” (10cm) and is one of a kind. It was glazed in a clear glaze and fired a 3rd time with an inspirational quote from Helen Hayes. It would make a perfect gift for a gardener.
All tiles are made of a high density, vitreous porcelain clay. I concentrate on utilizing glazes that have an inherent variability and a rich tactile surface, not unlike those used in Arts & Crafts ceramics and unattainable in mass-produced commercial tiles.
