A few weeks ago, I went to lovely Haliburton, Ontario for a one day wire jewellery course. It had been on my mind for some time to try working with wire and the beads that I am making with coloured porcelain clays that I make up.  Suffice it to say, I have been snared by the metal bug.

Featured Pottery

This lovely bud vase would make a wonderful gift. It was made on the potters wheel. Once it was biqsue fired, it was glazed in a clear glaze which shows off the natural colour of the porcelain. It would be a perfect addition to any bouquet of flowers. Makes a beautiful wedding gift.
